Manama, Bahrain / Copenhagen, Denmark – 22 May 2025 — ME&F Investment Holdings Ltd., a global investment firm focused on high-growth opportunities across fintech and financial services, is pleased to announce its lead investment in the latest EUR 17.37 million funding round of Lunar, a leading digital bank based in Denmark.
As part of this round, ME&F Investment Holdings Ltd. invested EUR 5 million through a Tier 2 Capital instrument, strengthening Lunar’s capital structure and supporting the bank’s continued expansion and innovation in the Nordic financial ecosystem.
This investment marks ME&F’s continued commitment to Lunar, bringing its total investment in the bank to approximately EUR 8 million in equity and debt across various earlier funding rounds. The current Tier 2 investment further underscores the firm’s strategic belief in the long-term potential of digital-first banking platforms in regulated markets.
